Rhiannon Bagshaw
Rhiannon is a UK-qualified Financial Planner with over 12 years of experience advising families and professionals in the UK, before relocating to Dubai with her husband, Jordan, and their son. She co-built and exited a successful advisory firm in the UK, where she developed a strong reputation for thoughtful, long-term, relationship-led advice.
Following her move to the GCC, Rhi realised how many expats struggle with fragmented pensions, different tax landscapes and cross-border decisions and how much confusion that can create when trying to plan for the future. Beyond was created to bring structure, clarity and calm to that journey.
Her approach blends technical experience with emotional intelligence. Clients value her sharp strategic thinking, her ability to simplify complex decisions, and her genuine care - because to Rhi, this isn’t a transactional industry, it’s a family business built on trust, partnership and continuity. When someone chooses to work with Beyond, they become part of that story.
Her mission is simple: smart, meaningful, values-aligned financial planning that helps expats live well today, while building confidence and freedom for tomorrow - wherever life takes them.
Jordan Bagshaw
Jordan has spent the last decade working in UK Financial Services, with a background in both private client advice support and strategic paraplanning. He holds a Masters in Law which means he naturally approaches planning with strong analytical thinking, clear reasoning and a deep understanding of detail, structure and long-term risk.
After moving to Dubai, Jordan saw first-hand the gap many expat families experience — lots of moving parts, multiple assets across countries, but no cohesive system tying the journey together. He co-founded Beyond with the intention of building something different: a boutique advisory approach that prioritises clarity, confidence and continuity - not complexity.
Jordan excels in problem-solving, mapping scenarios and designing efficient strategies that help families make smarter, more aligned financial decisions both now and for the future. Clients naturally trust him because he is measured, calm under pressure, commercially minded yet deeply values integrity, transparency and doing right by people.
Together with Rhiannon, he wants Beyond to feel like a firm where clients are known, supported and genuinely looked after - not “processed”. A family business built for long-term partnership, where advice always serves the client’s life…not the other way around.
